Bananaplane
You are on your route but all the other planes are coming towards you, how many planes can you survive, while your plane moves up and down? Throw your bananas but do not forget to "charge" your bananameter so you do not run out of bananas!

What was the goal of this game?
The Jam provide 3 Terms, Plan/e, Charge and Invoke. For Plan/e i chose to go with Plane as in airplane, for charge I went with the bananameter aka that you need to recharge on bananas regularly and on invoke I thought about how can we enforce the recharge to happen.
The goal is not to shoot down all planes while this may be possible, the primary goal is to survive as many waves as possible, thus making the point system a secondary goal. So the player has to pre-plan the automatic movement of it's own plane and shoot down only what is necessary to go further.
Every 5 waves the speed slowly increments for the enemies while the up and down movement of the player does not, limiting the game to a point where the enemy is just too fast. This game could be adapted a lot and I may do so if enough interest arises from the community.
